Refund policy

30-day returns. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@gladgrove.com with your order number to start a return; we reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is paid by you; we do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, defective, not as described, or never arrived. Full refund or replacement, your choice, and no return is required. Email us with your order number (and a photo for damage) within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking, or within 30 days of the end of the promised delivery window if the item never arrived.

Cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. If we cannot ship inside the window promised on the product page and you choose not to wait, we cancel and refund in full.

How refunds are paid. To your original payment method, within 7 business days of our receiving the returned item (or of your email, for cases where no return is needed). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
